a. From 10 Jan 2023, all verified LaunchPilots will earn 1 entry for every research flight application, regardless of whether the application is successful.
b. This prize draw is optional, LaunchPilots may opt out by contacting support@launchpilot.co.uk or by completing the Monthly Prize Draw Opt Out form here. Those opting out will not be entered.
c. You may only complete each application once. There is no limit to the number of entries you may earn per month.
d. Please note, LaunchPilots must be aged 18+ and a UK resident to be a prize draw winner.
2. Management of Prize Draw
a. This Prize Draw is offered and administered by LaunchPilot (part of Launchpad Research Ltd)
b. Prizes will only be sent to UK addresses as they appear on the prize winners’ LaunchPilot accounts.
- LaunchPilot will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
c. All winners will be drawn from all eligible entries at random.
d. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
e. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
f. The decision of LaunchPilot regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
g. By entering and claiming a prize in the LaunchPilot Monthly Prize Draws you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions set out here.
h. LaunchPilot Monthly Prize Draws will run until further notice, LaunchPilot reserves the right to terminate monthly prize draws at any point without recourse, recompense or notice.
3. Eligibility to Enter
a. You must be a LaunchPilot member to complete the survey and enter the prize draw.
b. A maximum of one entry per individual, per research flight application is permitted. Duplicate accounts created will immediately be removed and any Prize Draw entries, accumulated Points or pending withdrawals will be voided with no recourse.
c. As per LaunchPilot Terms & Conditions all members & Prize Draw entrants must be 18 years or over and a full time UK resident.
d. All entrants must opt in to their first name, initial of last name and town being published on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for marketing purposes should they win. This information will also be made available to the LaunchPilot community.
e. No employees or family members of LaunchPilot or Launchpad Research Limited will be eligible to take part in this Prize Draw.
f. Should a member enter the Prize Draw but close or have their account closed (for violation of LaunchPilot Terms & Conditions) before the draw takes place their entry will be declared void.
g. By entering this Prize Draw you confirm that you are eligible to take part as set out above.
4. Marketing / Promotion Requirements
a. All entrants must opt in to their first name, initial of last name and town being published on social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, and on our website; www.launchpilot.co.uk for marketing purposes.
b. Winners must consent to the release of their First Name, Initial of Surname and County of Residence to any other Prize Draw participants and the LaunchPilot community.
5. The Prize(s)
a. A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the first working day of the following month for each prize set out below. Each winner may only win once during each month's Prize Draw.
b. Winners will be offered one specific prize, please note that prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
c. Standard Prize List:
- 2 x 5,000 PilotPoints (£50 value when redeemed via PayPal)
- 2 x 500 PilotPoints (£5 value - please note min. redemption threshold of 1,000 PilotPoints)
- 40 x 100 PilotPoints (£1 value - (£5 value - please note min. redemption threshold of 1,000 PilotPoints)

d. LaunchPilot’s use of particular brands / products as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
e. LaunchPilot reserves the right to deviate from the standard prize list at any time with no notice by substitution, Changes will be communicated in any prize draw communication.
6. Winner Announcement
a. Winners will be notified on the first working day following the draw via their LaunchPilot email address. E.g. for January's draw, winners will be notified on the first working day of February.
b. LaunchPilot will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
c. All winners will be required to complete a prize acceptance form to review all terms & conditions and marketing requirements to accept their prize.
d. If the winner does not respond to emails notifying them of their win within 5 days they will lose their right to the prize. LaunchPilot reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
7. Receipt of Prize
a. Where a physical prize is offered, winners should allow up to 30 days for delivery of the prize.
b. Where PilotPoints are offered as a prize, winners should allow 5 working days for Points to be awarded.
8. Data Protection
a. Entrants must consent to any personal information provided during registration being used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
b. All winners must consent to their personal data being used for marketing purposes as set out in section 4.
c. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at support@launchpilot.co.uk. This will comprise First Name, Initial of Surname and County of Residence for each winner.
d. Winners must consent to the release of their First Name, Initial of Surname and County of Residence to any other Prize Draw participants.
e. All personal information shall be used in accordance with LaunchPilot's Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
a. LaunchPilot does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Prize Draw, being selected for a prize or using a prize.
b. LaunchPilot does not take any responsibility for postal delays / postal loss / costs associated with retrieving parcels from mail centres etc. Proof of postage will be obtained for all despatched prizes.
c. LaunchPilot does not provide any form of practical / IT support for the prizes. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to product setup, use and warranty are that of the prize winner(s).
d. LaunchPilot reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
e. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
