How does it work?
Becoming a Pilot is an exciting way for you to help brands make awesome products.

You will receive various research opportunities that you can participate in. If you are selected to take part in a product test then we will send you the product, with test instructions, free in the post.

To earn rewards you must complete surveys about your test experience; in return you will earn PilotPoints that can be accrued and converted into cash via PayPal.  You may also be invited to participate in other market research activities, such as online discussions, vlogs, online communities and in-home visits, to name a few.

We will never charge you for signing up, participating in research or the products we send you.
PilotPoints & Monthly Prize Draws
PilotPoints can be collected when you participate in market research and redeemed for cash via PayPal. With a low threshold of 1,000 PilotPoints (£10 value), rewards are never too far away. Product tests typically reward between £5 and £10, whilst longer term complex testing can offer up to £60 per month. The amount you earn depends on the type of research, complexity and length of study. You must complete the full study to be awarded PilotPoints.

LaunchPilot also offers a monthly prize draw - each month 44 LaunchPilots win prizes of up to 5,000 PilotPoints (£50 value)! You'll earn one entry for each research project you apply for, even if you're not eligble to take part. There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn each month.

What type of products will I be testing?
Typically we require Pilots’ to test a range of products from health & beauty, baby, food & drink, haircare, laundry, petcare household to name a few.

We give away free products in exchange for quality evaluations and feedback. So you will never be charged for the products you test nor the postage and packaging.

Your products will arrive in the post for you to use at home. Then you will complete a short survey and tell the Launchpad Research Team all about your experience.
Safety & transparency on every test flight
The products we send you to test are likely to arrive un-branded. This is so you can judge the products on their own merit without being influenced by a specific brand.

But there's no need to worry we operate a zero-tolerance policy on safety testing. Our clients must provide a Safety Data Sheet to ensure the products we send you are fit for human use and consumption. All products delivered to our product testers have passed safety testing and will contain a list of ingredients.

The company holds the Market Research Society Company Partner Accreditation and are members of ESOMAR, both marks of research excellence, ensuring we champion the highest ethical, commercial and methodological practices in research.
