How can I refer a friend and earn more PilotPoints?

Log in to your account and at the bottom of your dashboard is a refer a friend section. When you send your friend an email, it contains a unique link to enable them to sign up. When your friend has signed up and successfully completed their first product test your account will automatically receive 20 PilotPoints. Your referred friend must sign up via your referral link for bonuses to be allocated to both accounts.

The LaunchPilot Team occasionally run referral bonus campaigns whereby the reward for referring a friend may increase or decrease at any time.  When the referral bonus amount has changed or been withdrawn, you will be eligible to receive the amount that was advertised on the site at the time your friend signed up from your link, which may be different to the amount offered when you sent the link to your friend or when the bonus was applied to your account. Referral bonuses may occasionally differ between the LaunchPilot Site and other advertised sites.

We're generous, within reason.  Any user creating multiple accounts to gain a referral bonus will have their LaunchPilot account(s) terminated.  A maximum of 5 referrals can qualify for LoyaltyPoints by one LaunchPilot Account holder.

What happened to my LoyaltyPoints?

From 3 Jan 2023, LoyaltyPoints will no longer be awarded. Based on your feedback, we know that our two points systems caused some confusion. As LoyaltyPoints did not have any financial value,(they allowed us to track your participation levels to then offer more exclusive opportunities to engaged Volunteers), we've made the decision that from 3 Jan 2023, LoyaltyPoints will be replaced by our Monthly Prize Draws. Our new Prize Draws create 44 PilotPoints winners each month with the chance to win up to 5000 PilotPoints! Simply apply for or take part in any Flight as outlined in the above 'How do I earn entries into the LaunchPilot Monthly Prize Draws' section to earn entries. Please note, this change to LoyaltyPoints DOES NOT impact your earned PilotPoints balance. Your PilotPoints balance remains unchanged and PilotPoints are still redeemable for cash rewards.
