a. LaunchPilot will invite all members to earn one entry per prize draw by completing a short survey as part of LaunchPilot's Festive Prize Draws. Survey 1 will be available from Fri 1st Dec - Thursday 7th Dec, Survey 2: Thursday 7th Dec - Thursday 14th Dec, Survey 3: Thursday 14th Dec - Thursday 21st Dec.
b. This prize draw is optional, therefore completing the survey does not automatically enter you into the prize draw. After completing each survey you can opt into taking part by entering your details. Those not opting in will not be entered.
c. Please note that the Festive Prize Draw 2023 takes the place of the usual December Monthly Prize Draw - no Prize Draw will be administered on Jan 2nd 2024.
d. You may only complete each survey once. Each survey completion will grant one prize draw entry for that week's draw.
e. Please note, LaunchPilots must be aged 18+ and a UK resident to be a prize draw winner.
f. You may opt out of these Prize Draws at any time by emailing support@launchpilot.co.uk.
2. Management of Prize Draw
a. This Prize Draw is offered and administered by LaunchPilot (part of Launchpad Research Ltd)
b. Prizes will only be sent to UK addresses as they appear on the prize winners’ LaunchPilot accounts.
- LaunchPilot will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
c. All winners will be drawn from all eligible entries at random.
d. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
e. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
f. The decision of LaunchPilot regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
g. By entering the LaunchPilot Festive Prize Draws 2023 you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions set out here.
3. Eligibility to Enter
a. You must be a LaunchPilot member to complete the survey and enter the prize draw.
b. A maximum of one entry per individual, per prize draw is permitted. Duplicate accounts created will immediately be removed and any Prize Draw entries, accumulated Points or pending withdrawals will be voided with no recourse.
c. As per LaunchPilot Terms & Conditions all members & Prize Draw entrants must be 18 years or over and a full time UK resident.
d. All entrants must opt in to their first name, initial of last name and town being published on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for marketing purposes should they win. This information will also be made available to the LaunchPilot community.
e. No employees or family members of LaunchPilot or Launchpad Research Limited will be eligible to take part in this Prize Draw.
f. Should a member enter the Prize Draw but close or have their account closed (for violation of LaunchPilot Terms & Conditions) before the draw takes place their entry will be declared void.
g. By entering this Prize Draw you confirm that you are eligible to take part as set out above.
4. Marketing / Promotion Requirements
a. All entrants must opt in to their first name, initial of last name and town being published on social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, and on our website; www.launchpilot.co.uk for marketing purposes.
b. Winners must consent to the release of their First Name, Initial of Surname and County of Residence to any other Prize Draw participants and the LaunchPilot community.
c. Winners of a Golden Ticket must provide LaunchPilot with a photo / selfie of themselves with the Golden Ticket to claim their reward. This photo may be shared on our website or via our social media channels.
5. The Prize(s)
a. A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for each draw. Week 1 will be drawn on 7 December 2023, Week 2 will be drawn on 14 December 2023, Week 3 will be drawn on 21 December 2023 for each prize set out below. Each winner may only win once during all 3 Prize Draw periods i.e. winners in Week 1 may not win again in Weeks 2 or 3.
b. Winners will be offered one specific prize, please note that prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
c. Prize List for each draw (3 draws):
- 20 x festive treat
- 1 x Golden Ticket, worth up to 1,000 PilotPoints
d. LaunchPilot’s use of particular brands / products as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
6. Winner Announcement
a. Winners will be notified via email on: Week 1 - Thursday 7 Dec, Week 2 - Thursday 13 Dec, Week 3 - Thursday 21 Dec, via their LaunchPilot account email address.
b. LaunchPilot will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
c. Winners of a Golden Ticket must contact support@launchpilot.co.uk with a selfie / photo of themselves and their Golden Ticket to claim their reward.
d. If the winner does not respond to emails notifying them of their win within 5 days they will lose their right to the prize. LaunchPilot reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
7. Receipt of Prize
a. Winners should allow up to 30 days for delivery of physical prizes – we aim to despatch prizes before 25 December 2023, but this cannot be guaranteed.
b. Golden Ticket prizes will be rewarded within 7 working days of a successful claim. Please note, LaunchPilot is closed between Saturday 23rd Dec and Tuesday 2nd January inclusive. For the purposes of this prize draw, working days exclude these dates.
8. Data Protection
a. Entrants must consent to any personal information provided during registration being used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
b. All winners must consent to their personal data being used for marketing purposes as set out in section 4.
c. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at support@launchpilot.co.uk. This will comprise First Name, Initial of Surname and County of Residence for each winner.
d. Winners must consent to the release of their First Name, Initial of Surname and County of Residence to any other Prize Draw participants.
e. All personal information shall be used in accordance with LaunchPilot's Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
a. LaunchPilot does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Prize Draw, being selected for a prize or using a prize.
b. LaunchPilot does not take any responsibility for postal delays / postal loss / costs associated with retrieving parcels from mail centres etc. Proof of postage will be obtained for all despatched prizes.
c. LaunchPilot does not provide any form of practical / IT support for the prizes. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to product setup, use and warranty are that of the prize winner(s).
d. LaunchPilot reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
e. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
